If more physical stability is what you want, then the way to get there is to challenge the body with "CONTROLLED INSTABILITY". That is to say, exercising the body in a safe environment where everything else is constant except for the one area you are making unstable.
At Jannettecs, you will perform a variety of exercises under controlled instability. You will also be given multiple exercises to take home with you and practice on your own. You won't believe the progress you will make toward more stability and balance in everything you do!
Functional And Multi-planar Training
From our senior clients, the goal we hear more often than any other is, "I want to be able to enjoy my grandchildren for years to come." That's where FUNCTIONAL TRAINING comes in, and we do that well! For just 2-3 times per week, 30 minutes a session, we can take your body and transform it into a younger functioning "YOU"!
